      I think I've nailed why people think weaves rock. Its a 1980s thing:

      Bottlecaps = mullet
      Weaves = perm
      BBS RS = "whoa, yeah, kick start my heart" Motley Crue-style big hair

      So 'weaves against b'caps is hands-down to the 'weaves, but RS kill a set o' weaves.

      I guess that makes Alpinas a flat-top :p

        i think 15 inch weaves look hot. but hey, what can i say, i also think black steelies look hot when they are clean and freshly painted.

        i dont think it is a matter of 'weaves being particularly good looking, but rather the fact they aren't particualarly ugly or visually offensive in anyway. i guess they can appeal to a larger audience.

        that said, you do write for Autoslapon magazine, so what can i say, your closet ricer is falling off the coathanger.

                          tires are really cheap for 14's also.

                            I know they're not OEM BBS, but these Ronal Weaves are sweet

                            Ronal's look great, but I was under the impression they were heavy?

                              I prefer to rock my bottlecaps. How much do they weigh compared to the basketweaves?

                                I like em!

                                I loved em until:
                                I found 17" Chrome BBS knock offs in 4 X 100 - 25mm offset for $675 at my door that bolt on with OEM bolts.
                                A girl might like that extra 1-2" but a guy likes a "new" girl better.
