    Which Tire For Eurowreaves

Just got my set of euroweaves repair/repaint and ready to mount, what tire should I get, am thinking of:

205/55-15 or 215/50-15 (would it fit?)

I am looking for UHP tire since I won't see snow in SoCal...

205/55/15 would be the closest match in terms of tire circumference.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

205/55R15 is the stock size for 15" wheels on an E30

jlevie's right and I'm pretty sure that's what the factory intended. I've been running euroweaves with 205/55-15s for over a dozen years. No issues whatsoever, although tire selection/availability is not what it once was ...

205/50 is a bit shorter but a lot more tire options are available vs the 55 sidewall.

I know, anyone has any recommandation for both 205/55-15 and 205/50-15?

For a street tire, the Continental ExtremeContact DW can not be beat for price vs. performance.

I think they are Falkens but i have too many sets and get them confused.

Thanks, I am just thinking to get a good brand tire for the Euroweaves and I don't think I need All season but UHP choices are limited...I guess I am open to any size now...and looks like 205/50-15 has the most choices for tire...

not sure these are available in 205/55/15....i would look for michelin pilot exalto PE2 in the 205/55/15 they are excellent. i used them once and got them from tirerack but they stopped selling them in the 15's and went with bridgestone adrenalin which are shit in comparison but there are probably places that can get them or have some stock left if discontinued in that size
