      was this my fault for using stock lug bolts? or do you think it was a bad fill and redrill?

        Almost looks like there's a aluminum or plastic hubcentric ring in there. I can't imagine the wheels themselves looking like that.

          yeah, I tried contacting the guy i bought it from, but he said he couldn't do anything for me.. 2.5k down the drain.

                  The lug holes are punching thru the hex cap threads so I think you're a little stuck.
                  Maybe a machine shop can re thread them for you.

                          Were you running proper hubcentric spacers? Seems like that's the only way this would happen. Coupled with not torqued properly.

                          It wouldn't happen just torquing them down.
