When I fry these current tires Im wondering how big I can go on 17x9s, Ive been looking at other forums but they are mostly muscle car forums asking this question which I do not trust, any input? I currently have 255/40/17s.

I have ran a 275/40R17 on a 17x9 before in the past, and they look square-ish. In fact, on my '03 Cobra I ran 275s all the way around on 17x9s and they looked nice without too much of that muscle car 'bulge'.
