You will need spacers with the 35mm offset wheels.

The Nokian H isn't available in that size, however the V is. I don't have any data for that tire.

Ideally you need a 20 mm spacer - that's over 3/4 inches!
40 mm is the wrong offset for an E30.
Did they come off a front wheel drive Japanese car?
Make sure you have a 4 x 100 bolt pattern.

You're going to have the opposite problem - they're going to touch your struts.
Best is to sell them and get wheels with the correct offset.
I would not recommend such a large spacer.
