I have a set of wheels that are 17x7.5 et42 bore size is bigger and for the spacers they can be whatever they need to be cause im doing them in my machine shop.. I also plan on flattening the inside of the fender lip which is as far as i want to go with modifying the fender.. Im running the H&R sport cup kit as well.. now for the question I was wondering what is the largest tire I can run and what size spacer should be applied to it..?? The spacer will be hubcentric to the car and wheel which i assume is a must.. also how long of wheel studs.. Thanks!! :)

I was looking at a set of these:
Team Dynamics Motorsports
16x7 +25
How will these fit with 205's or 225's? Will I need spacers?
I'd like something a bit bigger(without messing with the fenders) but the price is right and it gets rid of botltecaps on my is.I don't always wreck cars, but when I do I wreck them into trees.

Question to experts.
I got this setup (as below in the quote).
I noticed a bad handling characteristics. Basically when I'm breaking hard from high speeds, the car is wandering, quite abruptly, therefore constant steering input is required while breaking to keep it straight. It just doesn't feel very safe or nice TBH.
I suspect this is because front wheels centerline is now ~20mm outside (as opposed to stock bottlecaps), and because these tires have much more grip when breaking, I suspect this exerts significantly larger forces on the control arm bushing (I use urethane bushes), and in effect front wheel geometry is forced into toe-out situation under heavy breaking causing the described characteristics ?
Could anybody comment on my theory ? or perhaps confirm that with similar setup are getting similar behavior ? any other theories or perhaps hints on what to try to fix this issue ? I was thinking maybe solid buschings - not 100% solid but on which the movement is very restricted ?

As promised, long overdue pics of my setup. I'm very happy with it in terms of handling. Yes, I admit it could sit a bit lower. I'll try to organize 1" - 1.5" shorter springs. from outside it doesnt look like much, and that was exactly the idea. But from behind you see two meaty tyres... that smoke once turbo comes on boost.
Rear: 16x7.5 et35, 15mm bolt on spacer, T1R 225/45/16. Probably 245 wide would fit, not sure if they make some in that size 245/45/16? Otherwise will go for 225/50/16 next time. No clearance issues on the back. No fender rolling. [edit]This is pre-FL coupe chasis.
Front: 16x7.5 et 35, 20mm bolt on spacer (required to clear custom 'solid' calipers) , T1R 225/45/16. I passed technical inspection, but it was noted they are borderline in terms of sticking out of the fenders. No rubbing at full lock. I dont think 225/50/16 tyre would fit... I would have to try it on... MMMMAAAYYYBBBBEEE.
