Left wheel is just slightly rubbing on strut but right wheel is clear by about 1/8". It appears inside wheel hubs are scraping against brake calipers.

I don't have any experience with spacers. Can I put spacers in the front to solve this problem? If so what size? Are there specific requirements for inside and outside diameter? I bought some 5 mm spacers at a local parts store with 77 mm id and 144 mm od. Will these work?
Sounds like your LF strut may be tweaked very slightly. Universal spacers should be okay but you will need longer bolts to secure the wheels properly. If you can get 5-6 full turns of the bolt then you're okay.

Which tire can I change that is more common, the car is for daily drive, I have been thinking in 185/65 14, any coments would be welcome, thanks.
Can you get the Falken ZE-912 there? It's an excellent tire all around. Otherwise yeah the 185 is fine, but you will sacrifice some performance.

        Any input on those rims?
20mm spacers all around will be needed.

            looking for spacer sizing.
            wheels: 16x8 et23 all around
            tires: 205/45/16 or 205/40/16

suggestions? 8mm front and 15mm rear???
Those sizes will require a fender roll in the back. 205/45.

What size spacers should I get?

              Ronal Turbo - 15x7 -ET37
              Yoko Sdrive - 205/55/15

I was thinking 15mm square to bring it to ET22.
              What would you recommend?
              Appreciate.
That will bring them to stock specs. I'd suggest 15mm front 20mm rear to get it nice and even.

                15mm front 20mm rear for near-flush. 205/45/16.

Will this setup clear in the front, both inside and on the fender lip?

What size spacers in the rear would give me nice flush (not looking for big poke) fitment.

My fenders are rolled (NOT pulled) and I am slammed on coilovers with camber plates in the front.

For reference, I am NOT looking for the POKE found with a 16x9 in ET15, the rears look great, but the front just looks silly IMHO.
Will need 5mm on the front to clear the struts. 10mm on the rear will even it out.

I have a set of E38 weaves off an 740i, I know I would have to open up the bore to 74.1 but other than that they should fit, correct ? Im wanting to install 245/50/16's on them. Car currently has 235/45/17's which are only about 1/2 wider than 50/16's. Will I have to space since the offset is 23 on the 16's and 20 stock ? THANKS
Yup, that should fit fine. For a second I overlooked the E39 part and wondered "who the hell is trying to fit a 245/50 on an E30..."

If I want as much poke in the back should I use 10 or 15 mm spacers in the
                      back?

                      Thanks

5mm in the front, go 10mm in the rear. You will need some aggressive fender work to get them to fit at that final spec though, the 10mm rears may have to be nixed.

Thanks. Wish I could have found out sooner. Already in my hands and will try installing tonight.

Thanks! I put the 5mm universals on and there is no rubbing. Since they only cost $8 each I will get a 3mm spacer and see if this works.

I've got a set of M-Contour replicas (made in italy, by at italia i think), they're 17x7.5 et15 and 17x8.5 et20. bolt pattern is 5x120. is there any possible way to fit these to my 91 325i vert? I have considered a 5-lug swap, or an adapter... but neither of these options seem promising as they'll both leave me with a totally wrong offset.
BTW- i may have fucked up measuring the offset, but I really doubt it. I have bead to bead measuring 8.5". Bead to hub mating face from backside of wheel: 5". So the center is at 4.25", meaning .75in x 25.4mm/in=19.04 or et20ish. am I fubar or what?
                            thanks so much in advance.

and if they won't fit my car with help, are they made for e30 M3 or maybe e28? wtf are these for?

Alright... my turn. First time buying a set of wheels for any car I've owned. I've tried to do my research... pretty sure I'm good to go but just wanted to check in here to make sure. Apologies in advance if this is already a popular combo.

                              Car: '87 325is. H&R Race & Bilstein Sport Springs. Offset M3 CABs.

Looking at TireRack C1 15x8" with Hankook RS-3s in 225/45/15.

From what I've gathered, these are pretty much a direct bolt-on since my car has the higher rear arches. No spacers/fender mods necessary, correct?

                              Thanks!

Would be considered flush with rolled fenders on a 5 lug swapped e30 with 318ti rear and 325is fronts with m3 control arms and Offset CAB's?

Trying to see if I could possibly fit 17x8's et18 with a tad bit of poke.
