ASK ALL WHEEL/TIRE FITMENT QUESTIONS HERE - The Official Wheel/Tire Fitment Thread
So I bought some wheels a while back, and it turns out that 3 wheels are et40 and one is et 35
I have 4 20mm spacers. What do I do now? I got tires mounted before checking the ET on them. They are 16 x 7.5 iirc.
Right now I have two rears on and two old bottle cap fronts.
what size spacer do I need or do I have to buy a new wheel?
40 - 35 = 5
20 - 5 = 15
So you need 1 15mm spacer. If you're handy look up a local machine shop. Have them file one spacer and five bolts 5mm each. Use these on the +35 wheel.
Hello I purchased wheels I want your opinion on tire size. I have a slight pull on all my fenders. wheels are are OZ futura.
Front 17x8.5 et12 going to add a 5mm spacer to clear the front brakes.
Rear 17x9.0 et6. I ride pretty low.
Im thinking for the front I want to go 215/40
and the rear i wanted to do 225/40 but as you mention in this thread they almost dont exist. Is my only other option 225/35? Or could i go bigger?
do you have any other suggestions in terms of tire sizes?
Thanks

I'd suggest any of the following combos
195/45 215/40
205/40 215/40
205/40 225/35
All of those have fairly similar sidewall heights F/R.
I am running 16x9 et15 all around with 205/45's. I am on H&R Sports + Billy's.My fenders are flat rolled.

I did the research and thought i got it right but now i realize this fitment looks good when the car is reaally low because of the stretch, but since i have a swap, i dont want to go lower. What can i do to make things look better. (My main concern is the stretch and seeing less of the back of the lip) while being able to fit?
Im trying to stick to falken 912 series. (falkens, because i have a hookup on them, and the 912's, because that is what they stock)
With that said, the sizes available in this model are:
