X3 Misfires uphill

My X3 misfires going up hill. Once I stop turn off the car misfires clears.
Already changed spark plugs and coils. Any help would be greatly appreciatede.

No, pretty sure it's operating within design specifications, driver should remain on level terrain and utilize no more than 10% throttle input.
