    VW MK4 useful for E30

    Hello, does anyone know if any parts off of a 2005 VW MK4 GTI can be used on an e30?

          Unbolt everything, discard all XZN bolts, discard all unbolted components, use the rest of the metric hardware to fix your E30.

                  Some of them had Recaros. But they didn't look like the classic Recaros as earlier generations.
