I've been considering one of these dash covers too. Do you have to glue it in? I'd rather not permanently glue it onto my existing dashboard but also don't want it to squeak and rattle.

Visible light blocking tinted windshields are charger/brotruck driver behavior.
Relax bud. I can see out of the car pretty well at night with the 40% windshield tint. Don’t like the smoked look it gives the glass, but it’s either that or I let the July sun roast me and beat up my interior (and my AC works fine). Once you go 20% or on the windshield that’s when I think we’re getting into stupid territory - 20% is way to dark for night driving.

The difference between me and Charger/Bro-truck drivers is that I’m doing it to help stay cool during hot sunny days andd protect the interior from the sun; they’re doing it for looks.

I'm glad I don't share any unlit roads with you. We'll end at that.

IMO you’re being paranoid. I’ve driven on unlit parts of I287 and can make out things in the distance just fine. I was in no way a safety hazard to any of the other drivers on I287, but I generally cruise in the right lane at 65-70 MPH.

If my windshield was darker than 40% I can understand where your coming from.
