RM Engineered launching this week - E30 Parts

    Hey Everyone,

I’d like to introduce myself and share what we have been working on.

I’m Nick - I run a restoration shop, dealership, and storage facility (Retrospect Motorworks) in Houston, TX. We are pretty much addicted to E30s. We work on them regularly, race them on the weekends, and so we started designing our own parts for them. This has now grown into a product line, as we think others may enjoy what we have going on.

    Launching this week

We will have our first handful of products available for purchase later this week on our new site: RMEngineered.com (site is currently just collecting emails while we finalize production).

    The products launching are:
    1. LED Headlight conversion assembly
      • Complete DEPO setup modified with our parts and assembled with Morimoto bi-led internals.
    2. Billet hood hinge 90 degree kit
      • Opens the hood to a full 90 degrees, machined 6061 aluminum components including new roller catch brackets, gas pistons, etc.
    3. Hood release handle
      • Offered in both machined aluminum or polymer. Extended length for easier release
    4. Billet interior door handle set
      • Redesigned interior door handles machined in 6061 aluminum.
    5. Billet window cranks with wood knobs
      • Redesigned and machined in 6061

Some other products in the works include: Rally lights, Modern functionality OBC, Oh-shit handles, Slim roof rack, More..…

We are looking to create OEM+ design that enhances the experience around enjoying these machines. A few previews are attached, feel free to share any and all feedback. We are just embarking on this journey, and hope to continue developing high quality parts for these cars we love so much. Happy to answer questions on anything! Design, install etc.

    Thanks for checking us out!
    -Nick
