and the fact i couldont think of anyting witty to say !!
radar dectors are getting to be a thing of the past i cant speak for canada (cause its not a real country ) but almost all and i mean all tickets given here are from the new laser systems which radar dectors cannot catch or simply catch too late
personally i like speed limits nothing makes me laugh as hard as some kid hopped up on red bull blowing past me only to be pulled over at the next light
but if you think that some peice of crap you pick up at canadian walmart can protect you from "the man" be my guest i suggest the passport line
oh and canada sucks

You represent this forum and you guys are making us out to be like the stereotypical douche-fuck of bmw owners. The OP was seriously asking about radar detectors and offered us his opinion of the "man", so what? I think it's already implyed that he was "not at his best" when he was pulled over, do we need to belittle him as if WE never speed or have been pulled over and ticketed. Jesus christ there's enough junk conversations and arguments in the archieves so everyone shut the fuck up and talk about radar detectors...i'm actually quite interested as im looking in to purchasing.

You're very new here.....this is how R3V rolls. Don't like it? Too bad. There's just as much douche baggery on other BMW forums as well (I won't name names). It's just part of the culture. And just an FYI: the banter in this thread is pretty light compared to some of the shit slinging that takes place here. You've just scratched the surface.

WRONG. The OP introduced his topic and expressed his opinions about the police and what not. Post number two by Bimmer8605(I think) responded with "dont speed, and you will not get a ticket" followed by a trendy "dumbass"(really clever dude, you really burned him). Afterwards ensued a bunch of insults and name callings towards the OP by high-post-ranking users of this fine site. At no point did the OP direct any insults what so ever at anyone on this board until page 2 or 3 when he responded to a user calling him a "moron" with a very ineffective "fuck you" (haven't heard that before), AND THIS WAS HIS ONLY OFFENSIVE POST TOWARDS A MEMBER.
I think everyone acted like a child, some more then the OP....
