If you really want more power from your 4.8is, I would just hold out from buying more aftermarket pieces, and buy an X5M when they become available, that is, if your finances allow it.

I really like the X5M, The wife and I have discussed buying one but she is pregnant and we are buying another house so we decided to wait a while. Our X5 has low miles and we are really happy with it. Maybe in two or three years we will look at the X5M's.
