I just took some Potter's and filtered it through 5 times. I almost fucking puked during the 'non-filtered' taste test. But the filtered shit is like water now.
I've tried this and it acutally works!

Yes, yes it does. I did a trial run last night with about 4 shots and I was shocked how well it worked. I'm in the process of filtering a handle of Potter's right now. The only drawback is that it takes about 20-30 minutes to filter a litre of liquid.Originally posted by LikeCDoosSo Ken this really works? might be worth a try.
I'd only recommend it if you enjoy Vodka flavored water.Originally posted by LikeCDoosOnce you filter vodka through the brita can you switch back to water?
You pretty much have to get yourself a dedicated 'booze brita'.

I am another old timer. Oh, those were the days when you'd drink whatever you could get your hands on cheaply. We would drink some cheap Popov Vodka and just mix it with whatever we could to mask the taste. About 3 bucks a liter if I recall.Originally posted by E30ownerwithanopinionOriginally posted by DSchultz325ethis guy appears to be the only one here who can actually purchase alcohol legally :POriginally posted by E30ownerwithanopinionFUCK THAT SHIT I drink Gray Goose, if not Kettle One.
Your statement might just be all too true.
Now, I rarely drink Vodka. More of a Single Malt Scotch guy.Current Cars2014 M235i2009 R56 Cooper S1998 M31997 M3Comment

You could use a small pump and make a continuously flowing filter system. It would cost about $23 for pump, brita, and some hose. That would be badassOriginally posted by rwh11385Can you just get five replacement filters and a large tube and make all the filtrations in one tube?
