The machine cut bracket is going to be $80+ shipping.

The entire rally light kit with NEW Hella 500 lights, wiring (includes switch and fuses),white light covers, and bracket is going to be $170 + shipping.

It fit perfect, clears the hood great, looks pretty sleek. I Drove around over bumps, went 85mph, slammed on the brakes took some hard curves and it held up great didn't even budge.

I put a LOT of effort into this bracket and I don't wan't to feel like I'm doing this for nothing, so the price is going to be around ~$75~ for the bracket, I'm welding these all by hand, having the pieces of metal machine cut now, so I think that that price is fair, it also takes me more than a day to get these 100% perfect and ready to install(measured,cut, sanded,measured again,welded,sanded,smoothed out,and painted).

i know that is a little late in the game, but have you looked at sandrail light tabs or just regular tabs to mount the lights to the bar?
they are already notched to fit the tubing and have a hole pre drilled in the center for the stud on the light base to go through. this would also space out the lights themselves from the bar to help with any hood clearence issues with the lights.

I haven't looked into it.

BTW do you have a picture of how these work at night? Interested in coverage area, how directional and bright are they?

Depends on which lights you use. Hella makes the 500 and 500ff and other versions. Some are driving lights which are more like laser beams and shine far and straight. Others are fog lights so spray wide and low and not very far. There are other versions as well.
