Front side is welded but the backside where the plate meets the metal tubing it is not welded. Production model will be welded all the way around where it meets?

I'll let you know about vibrations when I drive it, if so I'll use some rubber washers.

I ordered the metal online just now so I can get everything perfect, places like home depot don't have the right sizes or gauges of the metal I need. It should be at my house by next week, I'll get a final version, have all the cuts, holes, and welds be as perfect as I can make them, I'll paint it up, show it off and go into production.

I'm ordering some metal today, I can tell you that the price will be over $40 for sure.

Also, those Hellas look like they're on the shallow/light side. If I'd want to run some KC daylighters or something (about 5lbs apiece) is it going to hold up?
the bar would hold that just fine, its not going to flex or bend, but i don't know how well the bumper would hold that weight, I would think it would hold it fine but I can't be 100% sure.

Hmmm, that actually looks pretty good. I think the lights would look really good below the bumper too, but I don't know how the light dispersion would be that low. Pending price, I'm down for one :)
