I had an AutoZone cordless impact gun. It worked perfectly, the only reason I don't have it anymore is because I needed some extra cash. For $99 it's a perfect junkyard gun too

Hazet torque wrenches. Small one is 10-60 NM, and the large one is 60-320 NM. They are serial numbered and come from the factory with a certificate of calibration. Each one is tested at high, mid, and low torque settings in triplicate. Accuracy was anywhere from 0.2-2% error. Great %RSDs. Made in Germany.
Next is a Oetiker Clamp Kit. These are the same as factory. There are a few instances where they are superior to screw clamps and they have that clean look to them. Crimpers are by Knipex and are made in Germany as well. I have quite a few different Knipex tools and they are top-notch.

Yeah Hazet tools are excellent, they're as good if not better than Snap-On. I have bought several used pieces off of eBay (13mm right angle box wrench might be my fav) but these were my first serious new purchases. There is samstag sales but they're more expensive than Jens, the guy I know in Germany. Jens gave me a little deal for buying both at the same time but they were about $400 less than what Samstag is selling those same two for.ส็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็Originally posted by blunttechI need you to exfoliate my ballsack

Picked up a frequency counter for a project I'm working on. Slowly building up my test gear collection at home.
Good timing all things considered.

My favorite store, Hartville Hardware, now carries my favorite hand tools. I bought one of every Wright Tools screwdriver. They're made from the same steel stock as Mayhew chisels. They had a nice little demo where you could ruin brand new wrenches from SnapOn and other competitors.
