I work for a guy that owns a fleet of dump trucks/pups, and a few water trucks for building ice roads.. Most of em are Kenworth's with isx's in them.. A few of the older ones have C15 cats.. Also have some Dozers, and some excavators that i get to work on ...

This is one of our trucks after it had went through an ice road a few weeks ago..

Just Got a few cool old Hazet tools. They came with a collections of sockets(mostly crafstmen, some S&k and some snap on). And also got a New Britain torque wrench and a old school snap on 1/2 inch breaker bar. Also got a cool old tektronics oscilloscope from a ex gm electrician i work with for free.

So this morning I get up and check garage journal, I have a pm. Odd I don't get many there, guy wants to buy my 1966 Snap On KRA500 two piece box.

This was Snap On's first official big box, they are not common at all and are consider a collectors item. The guy works for Joe Gibbs racing so he says. Now the question how much should I ask for my ancient box?

Was thinking just a simple 1K. I bought it 13 years ago dirt cheap when I was turning wrenches at local FBO. Kid that was attending school with me wanted a KRL1022 now that he had graduated from A&P school.

I have two boxes so the sale will offset the last box I bought.

                  Thoughts?

Picture of box? I think I have the same one. Had a bunch of receipts from 66-68 in it.

Mine does not have the middle section. This box has been professionally restored.

Nice. Same design and logos but mine is a little smaller. Painted it Kanosha red and put new trim on it. I use it for my home tools. My work box is a monstrosity.

Here is my CFA pallet Jack I picked up for $100. I should be able to make some money on it when I am done with my project.
