FWIW, I sold my 2002 330ci with 120k for $9k this fall. The car was in similar condition, similar amount of OEM+ mods. That seems like a fair price for both parties in my opinion. I absolutely loved my E46 and was sad to see it go.

Then car was wrecked in front but don't worry, the other side was keyed to match!!! Oh and it needs a new S54 BTW!! Priced to move at 7k!
