Having owned one, I don't see any stock e46 being worth 10k, that's for sure. So I suppose the ZHP package adds value. Whatever you do, make sure the rear subframe has already been reinforced, or be ready to drop 2k fixing it.

Rear subframe is really only an issue on the pre-facelift cars.

ZHP gets a primo because it's the M3 without the M3 price. I'd rather have a ZHP over an e46 M3 anyday.

$10k isn't off base for clean, unmolested, ZHP.
