I started to restore the car but I have no time and have to sell.

Car runs but needs a proper tune up.

Complete engine purchased last year, currently sitting in my temperature control garage, came from a totaled 1989 M3 E30, the engine was running fine at the time, odometer marked 98k miles, engine was never opened or rebuild, has all its original seals, it is basically ready to be swap unless you decide to do something else.

If you have a different engine on your E30 M3, this is your chance to make a more desirable and collectible car, prices for these engines are crazy, I’m selling everything including its original 5 speed M3 Transmission. My lost will be your gain.

I thought the exact same, especially since the listing states "Black Leather interior in outstanding condition with no wear to detect."

Their asking price is a bit high although with the prices lately who knows what high is anymore. The car does look to be pretty mint if all in their listing indeed checks out.

"turbo is disconnected"? what? perhaps it has a dinan kit? I would have thought this car should have come with an m88? it does have North American bumpers and comfort seats. the info doesn't seem to add up. could be worth investigating though. the paint seems nice.

try to also post the ad and a photo with the link if you can next time.

1992 BMW 325ic, Automatic, Alpine white II, 0293 indigo/blue interior, 89,300 original mileage, rare, late 05/92 production, some of mechanical/detail work recently includes full service/timing belt-water pump/drive belts/brake rotors-pads-sensors/all fluids changed and more, see invoice. This E30 325ic starts,runs/shifts/drives/brakes fantastic. Clean CARFAX in hand documenting mileage since new. Clean Calif. title in my name, smogged 11/6/19, currently on non-op, no back fees, $14 fee to take of non-op + 120 reg. Everything works, full tool kit/spare, cold A/C. Paint is in good condition, although some edges have buffed thin by some wayward detailer before I owned the car. A few small/minor dents on body, some small imperfections. Right front fender has been replace with genuine BMW part at some point in the past. Original top/rear window is worn. Front seats are OK with working seat heaters, rear seat has leather shrinkage/torn stitching. Dash has usual/typical E30 cracks. I've included a picture of recent work performed within the past month totaling more than $4K, not including detail work and misc. $4500.
