Price depends on condition. Look for rust. Rust loves these things. The autotragic can be replaced with a 320is 5 speed or the stock 4.
The price seems reasonable. Offer 3800. Go from there. 2nd owner? thats good.
Bottom line, just like the E30, these are getting harder to find. You won't regret it.
Oh yeah, the bumpers sux but the purists love them. I am not a purist.
