Yes they're shit. Very slow, terrible aftermarket support, and horrible to fix. You have to take the entire front end off to replace a headlight ballast, which is fucking retarded.

And the wax they used to seal the seams smells like crayons. No joke, all of those cars smell like a fucking Crayola factory.

that one is probably too good to be true. it should be easily worth 2x that and more.

Is it the sealing wax used that smells like crayons or interior finish coatings? Always thought it was the latter on VWs and the like.

It could be either but I know my brother in law has that same car (4 banger supercharged version) and we've gone through with every chemical known to man and wiped it down and still it reeks of crayon, especially when it's hot outside.

Quick google says it's actually the sound deadener. So if you wanna pull the carpet and rip that stuff out, it might save you an actual headache.

And that doesn't change the fact that the interior trim is cheaply put together and it's cramped for what a sedan should fit.
