Best Oil Filter?! Bosch? K&N? FRAM? WIX?

Hey guys just wondering what your opinions are on oil filters. My 1990 cabrio has about 130,000 miles with a recently completely rebuilt m20 so i want the best. Please give me your input!
    Thanks!

K&N is supposed to be good with it's synthetic media that filters down to x microns. I just use OEM Mahle filters and change them out every so often. They've proven to be fine.

I use Wix, Mobil 1, or Bosch. I have no problem with anything that doesn't use a cardboard anti-drainback valve like Fram does.

I use Napa Gold. $3.00 more isn't much for keeping your engines blood supply clean.
