ebay shit, is well just that, shit. for what mike charges using premium gears and within 10min, you absolutely can't go wrong.

sorry to say but the ebay specials are made out of the same shit that dear mikes ones are

they are made out of acetal plastic, nothing special

just a good type of plastic that eliminates the need for lubrication and is used in alot of componentry,

that and doing it yourself isnt hard and you gain knowledge about your speedo.
