I'm a 63ish-75ish guy. I love American cars 63-69 and Japanese cars between the years of 69-75 -
Is that a Juke? It's like a grasshopper gone mech, I always am waiting for them to transform and start tearing up other cars.
Not to mention all the beautiful Japanese cars of the late 70's, maybe it's just me but damn..
77' Toyta Celica

77' Toyota Corolla

77' Datsun 810

77' Datsun B210

77' Datsun 280Z (Shit looks good stock, with huge bumpers and all!)

77' Honda Civic

77' Mazda 929

77' Mitsubishi Galant

And that's just JDM...Leave a comment:

yeah, I sort of regret selling mine. I didn't have the ability to do anything with it at the time, and didn't want it just sitting. then the dude I sold it to parked it in a field so it could rust to peices. @#%$&*(!Leave a comment:

67-71' A bodies are still some of my faves, Love to have me a Dart from that era, with a Gen 3 Hemi Swap.

It is totally subjective. At work, I'll explain in vain WHY I would prefer to drive a 2002 or an E30. (when I COULD BE driving a new, way-high-up SUV or an anonymous soccer-mom-van??!!) Question answered. My opinion, not theirs. No rants, a very short conversation. --- They conclude that I am a kook.Leave a comment:

yeah the mid 70's a bodys was kind of on the odd side (big bumpers), but imo the 73+ Duster looked better then the 73+ Darts. For me id perfer a 72 and back a-body. Although i'm kind of bias since i had two 70, two 71, and a 72 abody lol.Last edited by JasonC; 01-04-2012, 02:15 PM.Leave a comment:

The C3 corvette wasn't bad, the 78,79 was imo the best two years for the C3 styling wise, that fast back window looked great. but it got ruined by the shovel nose in '80 though.
The Jaguar XJS, Jeeps, Blazers, Bronco's, trucks, were cool aswell.Leave a comment:

yeah, I know. the mid-late 70's A-bodies were pretty awful, anway. I had a '67 dart. :)Leave a comment:

yeah like the 1977 Ford LTD, the Mustang II, Plymouth Duster, or the Olds Cutlass Supreme. True classics. :pLeave a comment:

Exodus, Charlie admits it all in his sig, "Bonafide BMW elitist prick." Nuff said :)
@BoxDriver, those are beautiful trucks, I would be just as happy to find one, though it isn't at all what I need right now.
@those who said that all old cars were once new, point taken, but look at most of the BEST looking cars from the 2000's. There are only a small few that are truly good looking, and are their any that will go down as classics?
Then look at just the year 1977, that one year saw twice as many if not more absolutely beautiful cars then the whole span of 2000-2010. You can say that for most years between 1920 and 1979.Leave a comment:
