What is one of YOUR favorite features of a stock e30?

I totally forgot about that, I love the reverse-opening hood. I get people ALL the time asking me where I got the kit to convert it. People complain about it, but I love it. If it gets in my way, 6 bolts and it's off.

That happens to me too.

Sometimes it would be nice to have a rear hinged hood but overall I think having it open forwards gets it more out of the way than it would be otherwise.

leg room for my 6'6'' stature.

Compared to all these bulky new cars the e30 is like a clown car. It must be a sight to see a 6'6" man step out of one lol! No offense to the NBA height folks here of course.

I love the excellent balance when driving.

I love the excellent, no-fade brakes. The ABS works really well too. I was coming around a blind highway turn in the rain where out of nowhere a stalled car was in my lane. I had where to go, so just stomped the brakes. ABS kept full control of the car. In the rain. While on a curve.

Also I love the I'm-in-a-fishbowl visibility.
