I mixed up the cars, the green one has the shitty block. I can't get a hold of the black car's owner (great seller, huh).

The 540i I lost out on on ebay yesterday is now back up for sale...to me. The buyer couldn't come through with the money. So now do I want a VERY well maintained (reupholstered, replaced a lot of worn stuff, allusil block, basically everything is pretty) auto 540i for $6k, or the black 540/6 with a potential nikisil block and no mods done to it for $2600 more?

Tough decisions.

Also, if I buy the $6k one, I can keep the e30.

Only way i'd jump into an early e34 540i is w/ Alusil.

Honestly, i'd jump on a nice e34 535i/5 before a 540i though. Only way a 540i is really cool is with a hot cam.
