Funny story that I thought I'd share:
So I call the local UPS Store to get a quote for shipping the pallet (I was trasnferred like 4 times and ended up being connected to them), and I ask them about shipping it.

The conversation went a little something like this:

Me: "Yeah, Hi, I'd like to get a quote for the shipment of a pallet from the UK to the US."

    Her: "What's a pallet?"

Needless to say I hung up the phone.

(I found out later that UPS doesn't ship pallets, by the way. At least for non-commercial shipments)

they are ET25, the ix factory 15x7 are ET41, but to answer your question, YES they will fit. I like my wheels to be snug. :)

it's like how factory bottlecaps are ET30, but you can fit ET20 wheels on an i or e with ease.. only a little closer to the fenders :P

for the ix it's 41mm and nando wants them to stick out a bit.
              for the is it's 24mm not 25mm.

Hmm, if shipping the pallet as a whole is too difficult, why not ship individually? That way we could do air(smaller packages) and still get the good deals from Jon???

I know i need my front bumper here pretty soon so I can get to the body shop.

it would probably cost a hell of a lot more to send the stuff seperately. patience, grashopper. at least you're not running on nearly bald ES100s during the rainy season ;)

I know what your takling about, my friend was running on bald es100s last week, we had chunks of rubber falling off on our way to the tire store. the techs said that these were the baldest tires he had ever seen. and we had rain all last week, starting in 2nd gear is fuN!

The domestic shipping for Kyle's bumper would only be $16.

euro shipping is a lot cheaper on smaller items than you may think. add ALL the domestic shipping and it may be worthwhile to consider splitting everything up in UK

                            Hello again.

I'm sure many are wondering why we're shipping it as a pallet and not individual. And it's definitely because of the costs of shipping the parts separately. Air shipping for one euro chrome bumper will run about $100 through UPS.

Patience folks. Jon should have all of the parts together by this coming week. He and I are getting anxious to get this thing shipped and off of our backs :D .

                              BIG UPDATE!!!

I'm sure many of you have been having the same questions as I have. Jon just talked to the shipping company today, and they gave him mucho info regarding the actual shipment of the pallet.

Here was his email to me:

                              "ken

                              almost there. right customs.......

i spoke to cargo express. they gave me this number of a frieght company in
                              portland called james boyle.

                              the number is 50328409099

i was informed that they could help you with all your custom"s inquires. if
not then they could pass you onto customs themselfs.

also once the shippment has been booked you will receive an invoice through
                              the post.

this will tell you everything about the pallet. contents, eta, tracking
number etc. although the eta will probably be approximate.

air cargo will ring you nearer the time and give you an exact arrival date.

the will be shiped in a container. every container has a serial number. this
is how it will be tracked.

hope this has answered everything ken.

will get pictures of everything soon. then post indivdually to all the
purchasers. then we can get this done.

                              thanks ken"

I hope that answered a lot of peoples questions. If you have any more, just PM me or post them here and I'll forward them to Jon.

Kyle was the only person that was going to have something shipped on the pallet, but he's going to have it shipped from Jon. Only a set of wheels will be shipped from OR to CA; the rest will be picked up in Portland.
Nearly all of the items being shipped on the pallet are large items; such as bumpers, valences and body kits. James is getting bumpers, a valence, and a full Mtech 1 kit. It would cost him nearly $400 to have it shipped from the UK to WA (half way around the globe).
