BTW: i am a full time student in college, and i work 40+ hours a week on top of that...so i mite be a little laggy on results...
I'd say the importing procedure. It seems like a rather complicated ordeal for a 21-year-old to undertake right now.

If you could talk to your friend and find out what he did that would be awesome! If you do, please email me at kennethhc@hotmail.com and let me know all of the details! That would help a TON.

        OK,
Just thought I'd update every one. Jon is going to weigh pallet tomorrow, and then I should have enough information to get a quote from FedEx and UPS. Even though it might be more expensive to ship, I think it will save a lot of headaches and uncertainty in the end. What do you guys think?

For those of you coming from the North, the port would probably be the best idea. I'd rather not drag all of the stuff to my house, LOL. It might be the maritime port, or the airport. I'll know soon after I get quotes for the shipment of it. Even if it is $600 for the pallet shipping, it would only add ~$20 to everybody's order (still cheap for a shipment from half way around the world).

how many people were planning on going down there?

you'd have to drag them to the UPS/Fedex office anyway. ;)

So far, I think it's just you, Craig, and James that are coming down. I believe that FedEx and UPS have some sort of office at the Portland Airport.

You could have a little E30 Meet at the port.

I have nothing to do with the parts. Contact Jon via email. Although I'm almost certain the pallet is full.

I would be your best bet to getting shipped to you for cheap as it will only cost 15-20 bucks for me to ship it 2 day air to you. ;)

That's what my plan was. Just pick it up for you and then ship it out however you prefer.
