Salt water is just a waste of time to try and salvage. Everything with an opening to atmosphere needs to be cleaned and or replaced.
Id check your policy on your homeowners insurance. Im willing to bet this will be covered.
If not call Fema and see what they can do....only one way to find out and as of right now they are still giving out money to help with everything. You may not be able to claim the entire amount the car should be worth but you may receive at least some help.
