                          OP's got a good point. Knock-off companies make it hard for smaller companies to innovate and do the R&D when someone else makes a lower-quality version of their part for cheaper.

                            I bought a knock off AEM intake for my SVT Focus a few years back. Fast forward 6 months....boom! Flat tire. Never buying ebay parts again.
