Sounds like you have a sweet car. I'm curious as to the octane of the fuel you are using, because 10.2:1 seems a bit high, but you probably have higher octane then we do.

    Here's my numbers:

I posted a dyno sheet back on E3S of my friend's SBI 2.8 making around 182rwhp with big six AFM and his engine wasn't even a balls out rebuild.

i could never get the bigsix air flow meter to work.
i think it is a bad mod to be honest.

Well now it seems the big afm is outdated.....we're gone high tech with MAFs now. Spread the word, our friends across the pond should enjoy the MAF conversion as well. All you need is the SMT6 piggy back software and a MAF from an E36 328 (we like model year 1998, maybe your 96 or 97). All can be had for under $400.

I think the big-6 is a good option for those that don't want to spend $400 and muck with their wiring harness. the gains will be much smaller but shit, I only paid $45 for the damn thing, and it plugs right in. :)

who knows if I'll ever get around to installing it, I'm happy with the way my engine runs now and don't really want to mess it up.
