            have you done a stomp test to see what fault/faults it has for the CEL? That would be a good pointer to get you in a certain direction. If it has been running overly rich it could be fouling out the plugs. This can and will cause driveability issues if they're bad enough. As stated a crank sensor can start to fail, only causing issues intermittently until it craps the bed. Typically a vaccum leak will cause stalling/stumbling at idle, then once you give it some gas it runs better. If it isnt running well enough to stay idling, it is a fuel/ignition(sensors/DME included in this) problem unless you have some serious restrictions in the intake/exhaust.

            ETA: Can't view the video at work so I'm just rambling stuff off.

                Hard to tell from the video, if you dont let in the clutch does the rpm still follow the engine's rpm as you decelerate or does it dip down by itself?

                      I'd go with spark or air. Check basic maint items like cap and rotor and plugs and such. And take a good hard look at all vacuum lines
