The biggest reason bronzit gets so much hate is from bandwagon jumpers. The second biggest reason is that most of the bronzit cars have seen enough weather to ruin the clearcoat (2.5 decades, give or take), so they look terrible - mine included. When the paint is fresh and/or well maintained bronzit is a great looking color, especially when it's set off with some shadowline and (freshened) black trim.

If you're going to vinyl wrap it, go crazy. If you're going to spend all the time and money on a respray, bring it back to its original glory.

i dislike lagunagrun with a passion. that color looks really outdated. kinda like that turquoise bullshit color that gm was so fond of in the mid 80's. unfortunately, i think bronzit falls into this category too. if you are going to spend that much money on a paint job, i might be a good idea to pick a timeless color. alpinweiss, sterling, lachs, diamondschwartz......etc..... some of those other colors mentioned above look pretty cool too.
