if your mass is the same or heavier it is simple you obvious have more real hp available at the speeds you race at.
without knowing more details it is not known the whether the car with higher peak hp is peakier delivery, not geared properly, doesn't actually make more hp, has no traction etc etc.

They don't say what gear, though, and the heavy duty drills in low will rip out of your hands easily. Not nice when they hit you in the face, either...
