      I'm going to take this one step further and say one overlooked e30 repair is the idiot in the drivers seat who..cannot..drive.

      So many cars could have been saved if the owner took some of that stance/bc/whatever money and spent it on a drivers education day.

                my rattles are caused by the stock cassette deck cleaning kit in the glovebox, and loose screws on the headlight switch

                    We should either add D.I.Y. thread links to these submissions, or start a new thread with them included.

                    I'm pretty sure I'll need to do a lot of this stuff soon enough, and I don't know my way around E30s well enough to figure it out myself yet.

                            Drivers side door break. Steering Rack, Seat shocks, a/C system, Fuel lines, Oil pan leaks, bad idle, O2 sensor, engine vacume leaks,ck panel/ cluster shorts and odometer gears. Trunk and Rocker rust along with window/sunroof problems. Lastly crap paint along with dry rot ripped seat covering.

                              Racetrack time. The soul of every e30 chassis NEEDS fast closed circuit hours (verts, and maybe wagons, are excepted for a decade or two).
