Fuck all the haters, Delphini. They can call it ghetto if they want, I think it's an instant improvement. Especially when you have the iS/eS airdam, the front bumper flushes right up to the airdam, and looks awesome. I don't see how it's any more ghetto than painting your bottlecaps, or modifying anything else on your car that doesn't require a bolt-on. That's where the term "modification" came from. It's a quick and easy way to make them look better. I like my diving boards, especially now that they're painted black. Without them, I wouldn't be able to keep the iS airdam, which is my favorite E30 front end (M3 excluded). The only thing I don't like is the rear, but that will change once I get an apron under them.

So don't worry, Delphini. We're always going to play second fiddle to all those "lucky" E30 owners who's cars had plastic bumpers when they bought them, even though at the time, 90% of them didn't even know the fucking difference. So let 'em gloat.
