    Stance "competition"

This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen on youtube about cars/ car culture. Please tell me I'm not the only one. A competition of driving up a tiny slope...

I was waiting for the one guy on bags to just bang it up on the way down but they are all static

I never understood stance, but I won't shit on it. I live by the "to each their own" style. If they want to chew through tires at a ridiculous rate and fuck up their suspension components and undercarriage, it's their choice.

I do think a modest amount of camber looks good, but not a ridiculous, unsafe amount. And I couldn't imagine riding a car that low that wasn't a high end supercar or something with adjustable ride height like our E60 M5.

You are not the only one. This was so hard to watch, in hindsight I can't believe I finished it. Its like a cult gathering where a bunch of brainwashed drones are applauding ritualistic sacrifice.

cuz defenders are illegal unless 25 years old and a mint one is worth $$$, and I think they only bring over mint ones or else it's not worth it

You can still buy them new down here... are they illegal due to US smog laws?

Our military uses them, so maybe that's why we can still buy them.

                            That stance "competition" is retarded.

Might be partly that, but I think it's mostly crash safety. And I believe they did sell them here, but only briefly, from 1994 to 1997. I think. I'm going off of memory so that could be way off. But I believe it was a limited run of D90s. Might've been some others for sale earlier too since I've seen a few 110s around too.
