Touring/Wagon with M3-fenders and M30: How much is it worth?

Alright folks, how much is this car worth on the ground in the USA including all Federal and State papers needed to make it legal to own and drive on the street?

    1990
    -M30 Big Six engine
    -Manual transmission
    -Fiberglass e30 m3-style fenders
    -Sport seats
    -A/C
    -Sunroof
-Power windows (front only) manual rears as is common in Europe
    -LSD (Limited Slip Diff)
    -Rear wheel drive
    -Redone interior

My friend has access to it in Europe but he wants to know "the number" before he buys it.

I agree on the interior and ride height. First two things I noticed and I didnt like. Luckily, they are changable. Not sure why the muffler is so low though.

If those bumpers weren't fiberglass reproductions it'd look alot nicer as well.

In case you are actually looking for an answer, if the mods are done well, there's no rust, and the AC works, it's worth at least $10k in the USA. Just don't think you'll sell it for that here, as most r3vers have a budget of around $351, or can't wait to buy it "next summer".

I think you'd get more if you imported a bone stock clean touring. That car just looks kind of cheap to me.

                      honestly,
a clean bodied touring... check (yes, to many, the body kit will appeal to many)
                      M30 Swap...check
                      Alpina wheels?...if legit....check
                      Interior isn't THAT bad...check.

could use a little "cleaning up" such as suspension, nicer wheels, and proper exhaust and you can easily have a 10-12K car provided paint is good...

this is just my opinion of course.

Possibly, thanks for the input. I brought one in, bone stock, but I thought this would be more popular on R3v. Maybe not!

I rather like the interior, but it could use a bit of a drop and that exhaust needs to be fixed.
