Fuck that's the worst...someone smashed both of my passenger windows to get to my bmx bike last April so I feel your pain. Good time to upgrade if your gonna be covered.

Its def a silver lining. I've worked in BMX industry for awhile so I've got hook ups all over. If insurance covers it, I'm going to be getting a seriously dialed new rig built up.

I had both my Mongoose and Schwinn stolen years ago. Got covered and bought a badass aluminum Schwinn (which I still have today). Then after a few years passed, my Schwinn was found because I had registered it with the city and they found it.

I will keep an eye out for you. I know a few Subaru owners in the Denver area had there cars recovered only missing some parts. Hopefully this is the case for your CRV. Everything will be delayed with this snow we are getting so don't lose hope yet.

One good thing to know, as I have worked with police.many times, SUVs , vans etc, are stolen to be used for family use almost always, had a friend get his town and country van stolen, guy used it for family. Hope you get it back

That thing will stick out so much with CA plates and scrapping, selling, registering, anything requires a VIN check since it's from CA.

I was completely shocked, but I guess thats the benefit to registering a bike. It had its own little registration number on it.

When I was 10 I had my first BMX stolen, I had thankfully registered it with the local PD and when I heard someone had bought my bike. We called the police and they went and checked the serial number, sure enough it was mine and I got it back. I felt bad for the kid that bought and he ended up being one of the biggest assholes in school and always made fun of me for riding bikes, I bet it's because I got his bike taken away

Man I'll be honest if it's been torn apart I don't want it. That car was absolutely MINT inside and maintained to a T. I don't want it back if some sketch used it to run meth or his dirty ass family around in it. I only want it back if it's as I left it which is slim to non chance. My guess is it's stripped and parted or back on it's way to California. I had just filled it up too :(

Still no word on anything. No updates, nothing. Bummed. But my insurance is covering my bike that was stolen so atleast that's some good news.
