Different car, same guy. Dude is an E30 M3 flipper out of NY. The first shitter was the rotted out but complete M3 that went no-sale twice on C&B before finally selling on BAT.
This one just sold in March on BAT and apparently went no-sale as well.Leave a comment:

I think this is its 4th or 5th time listed. It was on Cars and Bids at least 2x, maybe 3...then it showed up on Bring a Trailer and now its on its second go-around.
They are lucky I already sold the 16v Benz motor otherwise I would be a buyer to really piss people offLeave a comment:

Didn't that piece of shit m3 sell not that long ago?
It's the beat to shit hooker of the e30 m3 market.
BaT has been on a sick one latelyLeave a comment:

Depends how quick you give them what they want. I was ready with pics and videos so they were able to post it pretty quick. I also stressed that I wanted to sell it quick because of an expiring 90-day smog transfer for California carsLeave a comment:

Can someone share info about the lag time between initial contact with BAT to list an e30 for auction, and the estimated time until they post the vehicle? TIALeave a comment:

the last two e30's that sold around here both went as private local sales. spoke to one of the sellers, he had a few cars and believed he does better than using an auction site when he sells a car. it's more of a hassle here though as we aren't in the US. anything interesting here in decent shape sells really fast.

Show them the comps for individual sales versus a clump. If that shows them they are losing out on revenue, they might care, otherwise too bad.Reichart12 They claim that they take care not to overlap similar cars and are doing their best to defend their action here, but this is a mess and it royally sucks for me... Im in the worst position since mine is the Auto and ends first. We'll see what happens.Leave a comment:
