Alright folks!
Heres the 2025 list
2025 List: 174 E30s sold (4 more than last year. Just a +3% increase)
Average of E30s, not including M3s $19,126 (-13% YoY)
Average price, by model:
M3 (24) = $74,154 (-4.5%)
318is (7) = $14,627 (-13.1%)
325is (22) = $23,648 (+15%)
325i (14) = $17,477 (+15.5%)
318/ 325e (27) = $11,837 (+7.5%)
Convertible (54) = $15,667 (+58%)
Touring (6) = $22,019 (-25%)
Swapped (9)= $33,000 (+12.5%)
iX (7) = $13,857 (-23.3%)
Other (2) = $20,000
Alpina/ Hartge (1) = $17,000
Biggest thing I noticed is that Convertibles, and Tourings seem to live in the same 15-20k zone ... M42 cars are dropping while the M20 cars are staying strong.
