Seems like buyers only want to be told that a car is perfect, without a scrap pf rust, and anything less is suspicious.

lol I think I have yet to own an m20 (before fixing) that didn’t seep a bit at that front corner of the HG, that definitely got blown out of proportion.

If that seller isn’t a mechanic it was a worthless speculation that cost him the auction. Could just as easily be coming from the front cam seal/oring.

      “BURT WHURT ELSE IS WRONGGGGG”

however, full disclosure is worth a lot.

New seats, no A/C, no stereo means former track car to me.

But really, a tool kit, minus the S14 plug tool and a stereo delete panel should be less than $75.

It does say that it also has had a roll cage removed, and fibreglass bonnet/fender after an 'ontrack' incident.. so definitely a bit of racing in its history,.

Agreed, I am actually really interested in it, I have been wanting an Mtech vert for a long time. Cant buy right now though, wrong timing, I have a feeling this will go high.

^Oh gosh, sex on wheels. My wife wants an MGB or TR6 convertible though....I can compromise on that, but definitly going to try to sweeten her up to the idea of an Mtech vert...

Maybe $15K-$17K with the right bidders interested in it...
