The option list for this car is really crazy, 325ix manual wagon is pretty unique, but shadowline trim (was this standard in 89' non is's). Metallic paint looks like a special order. Those wheels can't stock, are they the oe mtech rims?

well, royalblau was one of the cabriolet paint options in 1989 and possibly 1988. it is quite uncommon and probably my favorite e30 color other than alpina blue. the wheels are oem but the "weave" part was painted a non factory color.
some ix's came with mtech cloth interior. those would have come with shadow line as well. not sure if why this one has that feature and I don't know if it is factory, but I like it.

Cheap deals all day, so I can thrash my E30 without remorse, but as values increase I am less and less likely to absolutely thrash it as it becomes less replaceable.
Higher prices make cars less fun, and at the end of the day they're cars, meant to be driven.
Just have two, a clean stock weekend car and a daily to rail on.
I can't believe they are actually rated as high as 2.5 stars.
I can't believe how many imbeciles posted reviews.
BaT kinda sucks, but at the same time, their business model is known. They can't send someone to inspect cars, they have to trust the sellers. They provide the venue- that's it.
How many people have been burned in standard auctions? I'd say the percentage is just as high, as is the push for lower reserves.
I'd prefer they had spun off the auction side and kept listing sweet cars found around the country. Instead they have bullshit like that E36 M3 that's selling today with the 20-something owner starter pack, only missing a vape pen filled with cannabis oil and a posse of drift missiles to accompany the owner everywhere.
Far superior to the white 325iS in Florida that didn't sell. It's hiding rust in the battery box and bondo across the rear and the seller couldn't be arsed to take better pictures.
Honest shiteboxes are better than dishonest diamonds.
Edit: The rust and bondo is in reference to the white Florida 325iS, not the red MTech2 car.

the red Mtech 2 has bonda across the rear? Where do you see that?
