Well were rolling down I-495 through Lawrence Mass when we come up on this beat to shit Honda Accord with 4 g thugs in it going 55 in the fast lane. Wed already been in the car 4 hours and my grandpops was about ready to be done with it and just plain flipped his stack. Id never seen a frail old man swear with such rage in my life. After about a minute of swear filled high beam flashing he floors his Caddy and passes them on the right. He immediately cuts them off and slams on the brakes to slow down to about 45. He then started throwing all his old coffee cups from the back seat out the sunroof at em. I was cracking up laughing until I realized I might be shot. I brought this to his attention and he sped off. I nearly died laughing.
hahaha thats great!!!! I really wish I didn't have so much road rage, but honestly, 3/4ths of the people on the road should not be driving..

Well, around town my driving isn't too bad, but on the highway, I'l admit I treat it like the autobahn. Usually over 100, people just move outta your way, and you don't even need to flash your highbeams.
One time, though, I had National Guard duty in Newburyport, MA, and I was running late with my e36, so I was flying needless to say. I come upon this dipshit going 60 in the fast lane, and wouldn't move or speed up. I couldn't pass him with the traffic, so I ended up flashing my highbeams and honking till he moved his Explorer out of the way. 15 minutes later the company commander came in to the armory and yelled, "Who the fuck owns that red Bimmer??!!!" Yeah, that was him driving the Explorer LOL. I got a speel about driving too fast, etc. I then explained why I drive BMW over an American car, and got yelled at some more.

Wait, he called it a Bimmer, or did he call it a Beamer? Because if he said Beamer you should have corrected him, even if it meant doing 20 pushups for him. J/k j/k

I dont go a buck all the time, just on the right highways when needed. 95, 93 and some parts of 495 you can get away with it all day long. I sometimes will go that fast, but only with very little traffic, and rather safely, ie- not weaving in and out of cars, etc. Its only cruising in the left lane with no traffic that I even attempt that.
Keep in mind, though, too, that often the flow of traffic is moving at around 90 in the left lane, so 100 isn't that much faster.
I still have a spotless driving record, too, lol.

95! Are you kidding me? The last 20 miles of 95 before NH always have cops, including undercovers. Your still a tool for doing 100 on the highway like it aint no thing.

Are you talking about a difference in pronunciation? Because I say it "BEE-mer". I've never heard a single person in my life EVER say it "BIMM-er".

its still pronounced "bee-mer", its just a nice, pretentious way of seperating the cars from the motorcycles.

Honestly youd sound like a complete schmuck if you go around correcting people about how to correctly pronounce a nickname for a 3 grand, 15 year old BMW.

                                Are you calling me schmuck?!:)

HONESTLY...I correct people. Not all the time. Sometimes I don't have to - I've converted my friends, and they correct people for me! hehe :p

It's the Bimmer 101 shirt that gets people every time. Whatever is on a shirt goes. For those that have seen it, you'll know what I'm talkin about ;)
