    Damn shame, but it's extremely unlikely that there is any recourse here and equally unlikely that ebay or paypal or anyone involved will get anything done about these crap parts being on the market. Maybe if the owner of the car was wealthy and had some attorneys, but otherwise no.

      Unfortunately, you are probably right. If someone is killed in an accident and these rods are found to be the cause, this guy could well do jail time if the right people get behind it. It is now documented that he knows his parts have serious flaws and he is ignoring all warnings.

      My PayPal refund claim is really only a way of flushing him out, putting him to the attitude test and getting it documented by PayPal then copied here. At this point getting a little bit of money back is kind of irrelevant.
