Looks like people have lost their minds for Hartge stuff. I have an old Hartge steering wheel that needs to be recovered. The horn button is in good shape though. Looks like the one in the page previous in the Hartge pile.
I am much more a fan of Racing Dynamics stuff. Well, their body kits are ugly but I like the rest of their catalog.
Some day I will get a racing dynamics valve cover for the m20.
Looks like I can start collecting racing dynamics stuff for my new M-Coupe though.sigpic

3d printers and cnc machines are beautiful things. It's only a matter of time before cost to work metals makes broad scale rare parts reproduction common... Rare original will always be rare, but repros will get better.I BUY/SELL REFURBISHED CM5907s & CM5908s

The RD stuff is very nice. I considered before my jump into ACS. Their parts are either still available new and other parts are super tough to even spot!!
M20 RD cover hen's teeth. Steering wheel and knob not so much (craigslist, last year, New York the set for $350ish). There.was a wood kit here two years back a guy in NJ couldn't give away.aboit 100 bucks. Some NOS kit still kicking around for large money. RD wheels come up now and again. Even the headers are being remade IIRC. A guy on the board knows the owner, Yaddayada.
Nice stuff. Would like to see someone tackle the build.Comment

Thanks to TimemachinE30, I bought this from him.
Really nice guy, and does perfect descriptions of what he sells (even if this one look better than he described:D )
Now I need to find a Hartge gearknob for my boyfriends Hartge build.Last edited by Der Ruffian; 03-04-2016, 10:59 AM.#ShenanigansE30 1989 Touring AC Schnitzer S3 replica http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=320784

I am surprised that there are not Chinese knock offs of some of these unicorn parts. When you see some of the things that are counterfeited, especially the emblems for wheels and hood/trunk ornaments, it makes me scratch my head that things that could be relatively easily faked are not.
Good thing they are not.

I bought a bunch of their decals for their strut braces and whatever else. I am considering selling them for $10 shipped each. They sell them cheap on their site but have a $10 minimum order and charge $30 for shipping.
I like their 710 cap too. I will be using that on my e36/8.Last edited by Dagamus(NM); 03-03-2016, 09:53 AM.sigpic
