Thanks for the info. Looks awesome as intended, but I think I'll run mine paint-less. I just need to clean up the rest of the engine bay, and especially the manifold to make it match. Note, the RD headers are thermal coated black so I'm keeping it subtle.

i should have said actually its a BMW made crank specific for Alpinas B3 3.3 and B3s only. Alpina dont make actaul cranks AFAIK. may not be rare enough for some but you cant buy them new without a VIN and that sort of BS and if you could they would be about $5500.

I don't get the impression that jhaurimm hoards though. he just puts his $ on sweet M3 stuff and actually uses it. probably sells the used bits for good coin though to keep funding his fix lol
